1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within India. We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon – stay tuned for updates! Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
  • Standard Shipping: ₹79 flat rate for all orders below ₹599
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹599 - our way of encouraging you to stock up on sustainable goodies!
  • Express Shipping: ₹100 flat rate for faster delivery (available at checkout for select locations).
All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

3. Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days, We'll notify you via email if there are any delays.
4. Delivery Timelines
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore): 3–5 business days.
    • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days.
    • Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days for select locations (e.g., metro cities).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
5. Eco-Friendly Shipping Practices

As part of our commitment to sustainability:
  • We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials, including kraft paper boxes and compostable mailers, to minimize plastic waste.
  • We partner with courier services that prioritize carbon-neutral delivery options whenever possible.
  • We encourage you to recycle or compost our packaging to join us in reducing environmental impact.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website:
  • Go to Track Your Order in the footer.
  • Enter your order number and email address to check the status.
    7. Shipping Promotions

    We occasionally offer shipping promotions, such as free shipping on orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₹599). These will be announced via our website, email newsletters, or social media. Keep an eye on our announcement bar for the latest offers!

    8. Undeliverable Orders

    If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), we’ll reach out to you to confirm the address. A reshipping fee of ₹79 will apply for standard shipping (or ₹100 for express) to resend the order. To avoid delays, please double-check your address at checkout.

    9. Lost or Damaged Orders
    • Lost Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 15 days of the shipping date, and we’ll work with the courier to locate it. If it’s deemed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
    • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
